T rent ("we") processes the data needed to provide a car-rental service. 1. Data we collect Name, email, phone, account type (organization / individual), bookings, contracts, signature, and basic device information required for the app to function. 2. How we use it Only to provide the service (sign-in, bookings, contracts, payments, communication). We do not sell or share your data for advertising. 3. Third-party processors Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database & storage), Resend (email), and a payment provider. Each processes data only for its specific function. 4. Retention & security Data is encrypted in transit and access-controlled. We delete data when it is no longer needed. 5.
